The 9th Communications Forum of the CPLP was held on 22nd March in Dili, under the theme “From Cybersecurity to Cyber-Opportunity”, organized by ARCTEL-CPLP and LusNIC – Portuguese Language Registries Association, with the support of the National Authority of Communications of Timor-Leste (ANC).
