The initiative was organized by LusNIC in conjunction with INFOSI, .PT, NIC.br, CGI.br, ARME, ARTE, INTIC and AGER, with the support of the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over two days, the Forum brought together the Portuguese-speaking community in a multi-sectoral space for dialogue on the interactions of the Portuguese language with the development, uses, and governance of the Internet. The seven panels discussed connectivity and digital inclusion, the governance of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructures, data sovereignty, the protection of children online, cooperation in cybersecurity, and multi-sectoral participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting ended with the approval of <a href=\"https:\/\/igf-lusofonia.pt\/carta-de-luanda\/\">Luanda's Letter<\/a>, which advocates for an open, inclusive and secure internet, linguistic and cultural diversity, cooperation between Portuguese-speaking countries and greater participation from universities and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the final day, representatives from the organizing countries participated in the program <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LYpmLqkOsGk\">A Grande Quest\u00e3o<\/a>, from Angolan Public Television (TPA), dedicated to the theme \"Internet Governance: What instruments to include those who have been left out?\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 5th edition of FLGI will take place in S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe in 2027.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O 4.\u00ba F\u00f3rum Lus\u00f3fono da Governa\u00e7\u00e3o da Internet (FLGI) realizou-se nos dias 23 e 24 de setembro, no Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es de Talatona, em Luanda, Angola.
