LusNIC will organize the Initiative Lusophone of the Internet Governance Forum to be held in 2018 in Lisbon. The ccTLDs of portuguese language will be represented at the event, which will address topics such as digital literacy, cyber-security and digital inclusion in the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
The initiative invites organizations of the civil society, entrepreneurs, the technical community, academics, scientists, regulators, government representatives and internet users in general to participate with a common point which is the Portuguese Language. The first Lusophone initiative of the Internet Governance Forum it will have workshops, debates, reflection and dialogue about the Internet Governance issues, an Internet who speaks the Portuguese Language.
If you want to join to the Internet Governance Forum’s program committee which will have the first meeting in November please fill the applications form in order to prepare the thematic program of the Initiative. It will be a multi-sectoral participation and as such candidates must fill the conditions and must belong into the sectors referred here. The deadline for registration ends at 24 hours on September 24, 2017.
